JAKARTA AREA PACKAGE - Rp 19,980,000
The above price is for the first day only, the second day and beyond can be between 5%-20% lower per day. For example, 5 days (50 hours total) with the maximum 20% discount is calculated as:
Day 1: Rp 19,980,000, Day 2: Rp 15,984,000, Day 3: Rp 15,984,000, Day 4: Rp 15,984,000, Day 5: Rp 15,984,000 = Rp 83,916,000
Photo shoot for 10 hours (over a single day)
At any 1 main location of your choice within the Jakarta Metro Area
About 750 photos will be taken (per 10 hour day)
All photos (unedited) will be provided via SD Card at the end of the day (or throughout the day) in RAW, JPEG or both
All photos will be royalty-free, although copyrights will be attached to them
All other photographer expenses are included such as accommodations and transportation
Photographer’s assistant is provided (included in this package) for 10 hours, each additional hour beyond that is billed at Rp 149,800 per hour
Optional: Photographer’s overtime is available and is billed at Rp 1,880,000 for each additional hour beyond the 10 hours, no multi-day discount on this option
Optional: Medium format camera (43.8x32.9mm CMOS medium format sensor) is available (images up to 4:3, 8256 X 6192 @ 51.4 Megapixel), this option is billed at Rp 3,480,000, no multi-day discount on this option
Optional: Professional basic editing is available for Rp 99,800 per photo with a 25-photo minimum
CANCELATION POLICY & PAYMENT
To secure your photo shoot appointment, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance and confirmation of your booking. You will receive an invoice for 50% of the estimated cost, payable through bank transfer invoiced in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and convertible to JPY, USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, SGD, and other currencies via WISE (TransferWise). For IDR payments; BCA (PT Bank Central Asia). Additionally, Apple Cash (in USD) and 7-Bank Japan (in JPY) are accepted.
The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day of the photo shoot or prior through electronic transfer via WISE (TransferWise) and BCA (PT Bank Central Asia) (for IDR only), Apple Cash (in USD), and 7-Bank Japan (in JPY). If you cancel your appointment and provide at least 14 calendar days' notice, your entire deposit will be refunded. However, if you cancel within 14 calendar days, the deposit will not be refunded. Rescheduling is allowed with at least 14 calendar days' notice, but no rescheduling is permitted within 14 calendar days of the scheduled photo shoot.
